CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen armasuisse Immobilier, BM Ouest / Lausanne, verwaltet ein Portfolio an Bau-, Instandhaltungs-, Sanierungs- undtechnischen Anpassungsprojekten, die sich auf mehrere Regionen der Westschweiz verteilen. Ein erheblicher Teildieser Vorhaben betrifft kleine und mittelgroße Projekte. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss regionaler Rahmenverträge mit Generalplanerteams, die in derLage sind, auf Auftrag hin alle erforderlichen Planungsleistungen von der Projektdefinition bis zur Inbetriebnahme fürdie Standorte von armasuisse Immobilier in der Romandie zu übernehmen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung ist in 9 Lose unterteilt, die mehrere geografische Standorte von armasuisseImmobilier umfassen: * Payerne DCA / Luftfahrt * Grolley / Belfaux * Drognens / Romont * Chablais (Aigle, Hongrin) * Wallis (Dailly, Savatan) * Bure / Jura * Chamblon / Nordfuß des Jura * Bière / Südfuß des Jura * Genf Für jedes Los umfasst der Auftrag die Erbringung von Leistungen in den folgenden Bereichen: * Gesamtplaner * EFZ 291 Architekt * EFZ 292 Bauingenieur * EFZ 293 Elektroingenieur * EFZ 294 HLK-Ingenieur (einschließlich EFZ 298 Gebäudeautomationsingenieur) * EFZ 295 Sanitäringenieur Der Bieter kann ein Angebot für ein oder mehrere Lose einreichen; jedes Los wird separat bewertet und istGegenstand einer gesonderten Vergabe.
