CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Das Congress Centrum Würzburg (CCW) muss generalsaniert werden, da die Gebäudetechnik, die größtenteils aus dem Jahr der Eröffnung 1984 stammt vollständig ausgetauscht werden muss. Zudem sind tragwerkstechnische Mängel durch Chlorideinträge in den Betonbauteilen der Tiefgarage zu sanieren und das Erscheinungsbild der Innenausstattung zu modernisieren. Das Gebäude beinhaltet einen Veranstaltungssaal für 1600 Personen (1230m²) und einen Konferenzbereich mit 5 Räumen für insgesamt ca. 310 Personen (320m²) zuzüglich entsprechende Nebenflächen. BGF des gesamten Gebäudes ca. 17.500m². BGF der Sanierungsfläche ca. 5.700m². BGF der Tiefgarage ca. 6.800m².
