CPV: Services d'architecture La consultation ne fait pas l'objet d'une décomposition en lots. Les prestations donneront lieu à un marché unique. Le présent marché ne fait pas non plus l'objet d'un fractionnement en tranches ou bons de commande. La consultation s'adresse à un maître d'oeuvre ou une équipe de Maîtrise d'oeuvre disposant de compétences en matière de : Architecte, Paysagiste concepteur ou équivalent, Economie de la construction, Structure, Fluides y compris thermiques, Acoustique, Cuisiniste, OPC (si l'OPC est géré par un co-traitant du groupement qui assure une autre compétence, l'OPC désigné pour ce dossier devra être indépendant de toutes autres missions de conception et de DET). Montant estimatif des travaux : 4 712 000 euros HT (valeur Septembre 2026). Planning prévisionnel : Démarrage des études : Début Mai 2027. Démarrage travaux : Juillet 2028.
