CPV: Services de conception technique La présente opération a pour objet la conception et la réalisation des ouvrages nécessaires à la mise en conformité du système d'assainissement de la Ville de Nangis, conformément aux orientations arrêtées par le maître d'ouvrage à l'issue des études préalables et des décisions du comité de pilotage. Elle s'inscrit dans la continuité du Schéma Directeur d'Assainissement et de la mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage ayant permis d'identifier les dysfonctionnements du système de collecte et de traitement des eaux usées, d'en analyser les causes et de définir les solutions techniques les plus adaptées. L'opération vise principalement à améliorer durablement le fonctionnement hydraulique de la tête de station d'épuration afin de limiter les déversements au milieu naturel, de rétablir un fonctionnement conforme aux exigences réglementaires et d'améliorer les conditions d'exploitation des ouvrages. Les travaux devront également contribuer à renforcer la résilience du système d'assainissement face aux épisodes pluvieux, tout en s'inscrivant dans une stratégie globale d'amélioration du patrimoine communal
