CPV: Dienstverlening door ingenieurs Provincie Gelderland wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer (of combinatie van opdrachtnemers) die de juiste kennis en expertise kan leveren op het gebied van: emissieloos werken voor onder meer nieuwbouw, onderhoud, rioolwerkzaamheden, weginfrastructuur, groenbeheer, gebiedsontwikkelingen en andere bouw- en onderhoudsprojecten van overheden; laadinfrastructuur, netaansluitingen en energieoplossingen i.v.m. netcongestie; zero-emissie bouwen en bouwlogistiek, gericht op materieel en voertuigen; ontwikkeling van publieke laadlocaties en het verbinden van publieke en private partijen De looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst is 24 maanden, waarbij de beoogde startdatum uiterlijk 1 februari 2027 is. Deze periode kan met twee keer 12 maanden worden verlengd door provincie Gelderland, conform de bepalingen uit de raamovereenkomst.
