CPV: Services d'architecture, d'ingénierie et de planification De gemeente Staden beschikt momenteel over één sporthal, gelegen langs de Ooststraat in de deelgemeente Staden. Het gemeentebestuur heeft de ambitie om tijdens deze legislatuur een tweede sporthal te realiseren op de sportsite van de deelgemeente Oostnieuwkerke, gelegen aan de Cockstraat 26. Met de realisatie van deze nieuwe sporthal wenst de gemeente het aanbod aan indoor sportinfrastructuur binnen haar grondgebied uit te breiden en tegemoet te komen aan de huidige en toekomstige behoeften van sportverenigingen, inwoners en andere gebruikers.
