CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Die Stadt Creglingen beabsichtigt die Sanierung sowie den Umbau eines ehemaligen Krankenhauses zu einem Ärztezentrum während des laufenden Betriebs. Das Ärztezentrum soll in seiner Gesamtheit bis spätestens 2032 in Betrieb genommen werden. Die Sanierung und der Umbau des ehemaligen Krankenhauses zu einem Ärztezentrum erfordern eine europaweite Ausschreibung der Leistungen der Gebäudeplanung (LPH 1-9) sowie der dazugehörigen Fachplanungen (Tragwerksplanung LPH 3-6, TGA Elektrotechnik LPH 1-9, TGA Heizung Lüftung Sanitär LPH 1-9, TGA Medizintechnik LPH 3-9) mit Durchführung eines Auswahlverfahrens nach der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV). Geplant ist ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorgelagerten Planungswettbewerb gemäß § 17 Abs. 1 VgV mit vorausgehendem Teilnahmewettbewerb. Aufgrund der Fördersituation erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungen. Ausführliche Beschreibung siehe Vergabeunterlage.
