CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Der Zweckverband Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen beabsichtigt, im Bereich zwischen Böblingen und Sindelfingen, der A81 und der Flugfeld-Allee eine Rad- und Fußwegquerung umzusetzen. Ziel ist es, eine leistungsfähige, sichere und möglichst direkte Führung des Rad- und Fußverkehrs zwischen dem Flugfeld und den Städten Böblingen und Sindelfingen herzustellen, die an die geplante neue Radschnellverbindung anknüpft. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen eines Brückenplaners (Leistungen der Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß §§ 41 ff. HOAI, der Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen gemäß §§ 45 ff. HOAI, der Tragwerksplanung gemäß §§ 49 ff HOAI sowie der Technischen Ausrüstung ELT gemäß §§ 53 ff HOAI). Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen des Brückenplaners beabsichtigt, bei der der Zweckverband Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen die Wahl hat, ob die Leistungsphasen 5 ff der HOAI für eine Generalunternehmervergabe oder eine Einzelvergabe der Baugewerke zu erbringen sind. Näheres ist in den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere im Vertragsentwurf geregelt.
