CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Die Gemeinde Oberweid hat in den Jahren 2024/2025 den Abriss und die damit verbundene Beräumung einer ehemaligen, herrenlosen Kettenfabrik in der Ortslage durchgeführt. Um eine nachhaltige und sinnvolle Um- und Nachnutzung des genannten Areals zu gewährleisten, ist der Ersatzneubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oberweid geplant, welcher in den Jahren 2027/2028 erfolgen soll.Grundsätzlich sind alle für die Realisierung der Maßnahme notwendigen Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung - HLS (§49 ff HOAI) durch den Auftragnehmer zu erbringen. Neben den Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 sollen auch folgende besondere Leistungen durch den Auftragnehmer erbracht werden:odie vollständige fachtechnische Planung, Ausschreibung und Objektüberwachung für die ortsfeste, mitlaufende Abgasabsauganlage (ASA) in der Fahrzeughalle gemäß DIN 14092-2 und der DGUV-Vorschrift 49oErstellung eines spezifischen raumlufttechnischen Konzeptes zur Schwarz-Weiß-Trennung (Hygiene- und Dekontaminationsbereich) gemäß DIN 14092-1 zur Vermeidung von Schadstoffverschleppungen Der Kostenrahmen für die Technische Ausrüstung „HLS“ sieht Gesamtkosten von ca. 205.900,00 € netto gemäß Kostenberechnung vor.
