Das Alterszentrum Zopfmatt ist die zentrale Institution der Stadt Willisau für Wohnen im Alter, Betreuung und Pflege. Es bietet stationäre Pflegeplätze, Alterswohnungen mit Service sowie ergänzende Dienstleistungen. Mit dem Ersatzneubau eines Pflegezentrums mit 72 Pflegeplätzen sowie ergänzenden Alterswohnungen mit Service soll das Alterszentrum Zopfmatt in Willisau langfristig weiterentwickelt und auf die künftig steigende Nachfrage nach Pflegeplätzen und altersgerechten Wohnformen ausgerichtet werden. Neben zeitgemässen Wohn- und Pflegeangeboten sind attraktive Aussenräume sowie eine sorgfältige Etappierung unter laufendem Betrieb Bestandteil der Aufgabe. Gesucht wird ein Planungsteam, das ein überzeugendes Gesamtprojekt mit hohen betrieblichen und räumlichen Qualitäten, sorgfältiger städtebaulicher Einbindung sowie nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Lösungen plant und realisiert.
