CPV: Dienstverlening door ingenieurs Aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar één Opdrachtnemer om een Overeenkomst mee te sluiten die toeziet op: Het architectonisch ontwerp, het interieurontwerp, het installatietechnisch ontwerp en het constructief ontwerp van het Paleis, inclusief alle relevante aspecten op het gebied van akoestiek, brandveiligheid, duurzaamheid etc. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd op basis van een Programma van Eisen. Met het integraal ontwerpteam wordt dit Programma van Eisen binnen de gestelde randvoorwaarden uitgewerkt tot bestekstukken. In fase 2 (gunningsfase) wordt nadere informatie gegeven over de randvoorwaarden. Gegadigden dienen zich voor het totale perceel aan te melden, niet voor een gedeelte van de werkzaamheden van het perceel. In het integraal ontwerpteam worden werkzaamheden uitgevoerd door: o Restauratie-Architect incl kostenmanagement o Constructeur o Bouwfysisch adviseur (brandveiligheid en akoestiek) o Installatieadviseur
