Cette consultation est un concours restreint sur ESQUISSE + (ESQ+). Nombre de candidats admis à concourir lors de la phase offre : 3 Les détails du projet sont décrits au règlement de la consultation phase candidature (document téléchargeable). Le projet consiste en la construction de 260 m² S.D.O. (dont 140 m² en modulaires) et restructuration d'environ 1 360 m².
