CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Die Carl-Orff-Schule Neuwied befindet sich im Stadtteil Engers und verfügt über einen Hauptstandort und eine Außenstelle, die übergangsweise zur Deckung der Schülerzahlen eingerichtet wurde. Aufgrund gestiegener und weiter steigender Schülerzahlen soll die Außenstelle perspektivisch aufgelöst werden. Stattdessen plant die Verwaltung die Errichtung eines Neubaus neben dem Gelände der Kinzing-Schule Neuwied in Neuwied-Heddesdorf. Eine bauliche Verbindung der beiden Gebäude ist nicht vorgesehen. Im Neubau sollen ca. 100 Schülerinnen und Schüler unterrichtet werden. Die erforderliche Elektrofachplanung wird hier ausgeschrieben.
