CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros 74821 Mosbach, Bussestr. 6, DHBW, Ersatzneubau, Fachplanungsleistungen für techn. Ausrüstung - ELT - nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 sowie Teile der Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9. Ersatzneubau eines Hochschulgebäudes auf dem Hauptcampus der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Mosbach. Die Ausführung erfolgt mit flexiblem Raumkonzept in Holzhybridbauweise in modularer Bauweise. Gesamtfläche des Neubaus: ca. 1.600 m² (NUF 1-7), Technikflächen: ca. 400 m². Gängige Schwach- und Starkstromtechnik, Aufzugtechnik, sowie Medien-, Brandmeldetechnik und PV-Anlage (geschätzt 3,3 Mio €). Der Baubeginn ist für das III. Quartal 2030 geplant. Die Maßnahme ist in der Methode BIM umzusetzen. Der Leitfaden Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) ist anzuwenden. Eine Zertifizierung in Silber wird angestrebt. Es ist geplant, die Arbeiten bis Februar 2033 abzuschließen.
