Summary
Die Genossenschaft Alterszentrum Kreuzlingen (GAZK) betreibt seit 50 Jahren ein Alters- und Pflegeheim in Kreuzlingen. Aktuell ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, den Bestand an Pflegeplätzen um 60 Pflegebetten zu erweitern. Zusammen mit der geplanten Erweiterung sollen notwendige Anpassungen an den Bestandsbauten vorgenommen werden. Es wird mit Baukosten, BKP 1, 2 und 4, von ca. CHF 45 Mio. für Neu- und Umbauten gerechnet.
