CPV: Services d'architecture, d'ingénierie et de planification Het gemeentehuis van Staden, met geïntegreerd dienstencentrum, situeert zich op de hoek van de Ieperstraat en de Hospitaalstraat. Op dezelfde locatie bevinden zich de gebouwen van de voormalige gemeenteschool, waarvan de turnzaal en de refter vandaag nog in gebruik zijn voor onder meer dans, karate, tekenacademie, sportlessen voor senioren en andere activiteiten. De voormalige klaslokalen worden tijdelijk ingezet voor de zomerwerking van de jeugddienst. In vervanging van deze verouderde schoolgebouwen wenst het bestuur een nieuwe polyvalente ruimte te realiseren.
