CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Planungsleistungen für die denkmalgerechte Sanierung und Modernisierung des Torhauses der Gedenkstätte Zuchthaus Cottbus. Das denkmalgeschützte Bestandsgebäude verfügt über eine Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF) von ca. 1.130 m² und soll zu einem Besucher- und Bildungszentrum mit Ausstellungs-, Seminar- und Verwaltungsbereichen weiterentwickelt werden. Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst die Lose Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI, Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI sowie Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI einschließlich bauphysikalischer Leistungen (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung nach GEG). Die Leistungen sind unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen des Denkmalschutzes, der Barrierefreiheit, des Brandschutzes sowie des Fördermittelverfahrens nach der BbgRZBau zu erbringen.
