CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Die Tankumsee Betriebsgesellschaft mbH plant den Gebäudekomplex am Tankumsee, welcher das Bistro Seeblick, die DLRG, das Sanitärhaus 4 und das Wassersportzentrum beinhaltet, durch einen Neubau an gleicher Stelle zu ersetzen. Geographisch liegt das Grundstück am nördlichen Rand des Tankumsees, welcher sich in der Samtgemeinde Isenbüttel, zwischen den Städten Gifhorn und Wolfsburg, befindet. Östlich des Tankumsees verläuft der Elbe-Seitenkanal. Das neue Gebäude soll im erforderlichen Umfang Räume für die Nutzungen Bistro, DLRG und Sanitärhaus 4 bieten, ebenso soll das Wassersportzentrum seine Räumlichkeiten dort finden. Somit sollen dort vier Nutzungen an einem Standort zusammengefasst werden.
