CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zur Erstellung eines Logistikkonzepts für den Krankenhausneubau am Standort Nordstadt Singen (kurz: Krankenhausneubau GLKN). Das Klinikum soll als Neubau mit allen Stationsbereichen, den notwendigen stationsnahen Funktionen sowie den weiteren Bereichen auf einem festgelegten Areal am Standort Nordstadt Singen entstehen. Im Neubau sollen auf insgesamt rund 41.000 m² Nutzfläche etwa 410 stationäre Betten und aktuell mindestens neun festgelegte Fachrichtungen abgebildet werden.
