CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Erweiterung der 2-zügigen Schauenburg-Grund-schule in Urloffen. Das erforderliche Raumprogramm ergibt sich aus dem zukünftigen Bedarf der umfänglichen Ganztagesbetreuung. Das Grundstück mit den Flurstücksnummern 3320/1 liegt am östlichen Ortsrand der Gemeinde Urloffen in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Grundschule, Sporthalle und zum Kindergarten. Das Baugrundstück wird von Osten über die Schauenburgstraße, die bestehende Stellplatzfläche und den Schulhof erschlossen. Mit dem Neubau des Ganztagespavillons soll die Idee eines durchgrünten „Kindercampus“ mit unterschiedlichen Betreuungsangeboten weiter gestärkt werden. Die Kostenschätzung (erstellt 09/2025) beläuft sich auf: KG 300: 1.478.838,32 € brutto KG 400: 501.228,00 € brutto KG 440: 119.892,50 € brutto KG 450: 46.410,00 € brutto Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen für Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 4+5 gemäß §§ 53ff. HOAI mit den Leistungsphasen 1-8. Es erfolgt zunächst eine stufenweise Beauftragung. In der Stufe 1 werden zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4 beauftragt, in der Stufe 2 die Leistungsphasen 5-8. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
