CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Rahmenvereinbarung über Leistungen der Generalplanung für Bauvorhaben zur Unterbringung Geflüchteter durch das Bundesland Nordrhein-Westfalen: Zur Organisation der Kapazitäten im Landesunterbringungssystem für Geflüchtete des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen werden kurzfristig neue Einrichtungen benötigt. Die Planungen umfassen die Errichtung neuer Unterbringungseinrichtungen in Containerbauweise an verschiedenen Standorten in allen Regierungsbezirken Nordrhein-Westfalens. Übergeordnete Zielsetzung ist die möglichst zügige und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung der neuen Unterkunftskapazitäten. Für die Planung der neuen Unterbringungseinrichtungen in Containerbauweise sollen Rahmenvereinbarungen über die erforderlichen Generalplanungsleistungen abgeschlossen werden.
