What can we do for free?
Browse every architecture tender and design competition we collect, with quality and match scores; save searches and get email alerts; keep your company profile and portfolio in the directory; search for partners; and join RFP teams other firms invite you to, as a partner or a guest.
What does the subscription add?
Your firm can lead its own RFP workspaces: open the original notice and every tender document, read an AI brief of each RFP, invite partner firms and guests, and share files, tasks, requests and the submission checklist in one place.
Is the price per person?
No. One subscription covers the whole company, with any number of colleagues. Partner firms and guests you invite to an RFP never pay.
How does the free trial work?
Once your company is verified, everything is unlocked for 14 days. No card is needed. If you don't subscribe, you go back to the free plan: nothing is deleted, and the RFPs you started stay readable.
Monthly or yearly?
Either: €79 per month, or €790 per year (2 months free). Prices exclude VAT. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month already paid.
How do we pay, and do we get invoices?
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Every payment comes with an invoice in your company's name, and owners and admins can download invoices, change the card or cancel from the billing page.
What happens if we stop?
Your company keeps the free plan and its profile. The RFP workspaces you led stay readable for your firm and its partners but can't be changed, and no new ones can be started, until you subscribe again; then everything carries on where you left it.
