CPV: Services d'urbanisme et d'architecture paysagère La présente consultation a pour objet l'établissement d'un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre urbaine et opérationnelle pour l'aménagement des rues Saint-Aubin et Bressigny à Angers. Accord-cadre sans minimum et avec un maximum fixé à 1 000 000 EUR HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Il est conclu avec 1 opérateur économique ou groupement, et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Accord-cadre s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande pour chacune des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre. La durée de l'accord-cadre est estimée à 8 ans et justifiée par la durée de mise en oeuvre des opérations de travaux. Le marché est non alloti, les prestations étant homogènes, il n'est pas nécessaire de recourir à l'allotissement.
