CPV: Services d'architecture SW+ wil in samenwerking met de stad Kortrijk de sociale woonwijk Ter Doenaert in Marke gefaseerd herontwikkelen tot een duurzame, klimaatbestendige en toekomstgerichte woonwijk. De opdracht omvat de opmaak van een masterplan voor de volledige wijk en de volledige studieopdracht voor een eerste realisatiefase met 60 à 70 woningen. De vernieuwing van het sociaal woonpatrimonium wordt daarbij gekoppeld aan verdichting, landschappelijke kwaliteit, duurzame mobiliteit en sociale cohesie. De opdrachtgever voorziet voor dit project €15.750.000 excl. btw en erelonen.
