Summary

Our Planning and Development Service is seeking an urban designer to work within our busy development management team. Your case load would comprise largely of volume house builder applications - sustaining significant annual new house building rates required under existing and emerging Local Plans. You will work on applications of various types and scales including our major settlement extensions at South East Coalville and Money Hill, Ashby de la Zouch.?Your case load would also include major commercial/industrial/leisure developments across the district.
