CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Aufgrund eines erheblichen Bedarfes an medizinischen Forschungsflächen für die Universitätsmedizin Oldenburg am Standort Oldenburg, beabsichtigt das Land Niedersachsen ein neues Labor- und Bürogebäude für Medizin, 2. BA (s. Perspektive) für die Universität Oldenburg zu errichten. Der Neubau umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von insgesamt 3.400m2 (NUF 1-6) und beinhaltet Labor- und Büroflächen, Besprechungsräume, Lager, Nebenräume und Infrastrukturflächen. Dieser Neubau ist der zweite von insgesamt drei Bauabschnitten an einem neuen Medizincampus in Oldenburg. Die geschätzten Erschließungs- und Baukosten betragen rd. 65.102.000 EUR (brutto).
