CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Das Leibniz-Institut für Analytische Wissenschaften -ISAS e.V.- plant die Beauftragung einer Generalplanung für den Neubau eines Tierlaborgebäudes mit integrierter Tierhaltung Die Leistungen der Generalplanung umfassen die im Abschnitt 6 Honorarangebot dargestellten Leistungsbilder. Die dort jeweils angegebenen Grundleistungen entsprechen dem aktuellen Kenntnisstand. Die Planungsleistung wird für die Leistungsphasen 1-3 ausgeschrieben. Diese Planungsleistung muss bis zum 30.11.2027 fertiggestellt werden. Auf der Grundlage der Entwurfsplanung wird der AG über das weitere Vorgehen entscheiden. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor auch die Leistungen der LPH 4 zu beauftragen. Es handelt sich um ein 2-stufiges Verfahren. In der aktuellen 1. Phase (Teilnahmewettbewerb) ist lediglich eine Teilnahmeerklärung einzureichen inklusive der geforderten Belege und Eigenerklärungen zum Nachweis der Eignung. Die Teilnehmerzahl für die 2. Stufe des Verfahrens (Angebotsphase) ist begrenzt auf max. 4 Teilnehmer. Die Auswahl erfolgt anhand der erreichten Punktzahl (s. Bewerberauswahlmatrix). Richtung der Rangfolgenbildung: Absteigend (höchster Wert = bester Wert)
