CPV: Services d'architecture, d'ingénierie et de planification Le présent concours restreint est organisé afin de choisir un projet en vue de l'attribution ultérieure du marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la restructuration lourde et rénovation énergétique du collège des 4 Vents au Lude (72800). Le niveau de conception des prestations demandées est « l'esquisse + ». Le groupement devra disposer des compétences minimales suivantes : - Architecture - Démolition - Structure - VRD - CVC - Plomberie Sanitaire (compris STD et FLJ) - Électricité (compris VDI) - Acoustique - Cuisine collective - Économie de la construction - Synthèse - Coordination SSI - OPC La mission confiée au maître d'oeuvre est une mission de base pour les opérations de réhabilitation au sens du Livre IV du Code de la Commande Publique. La mission de base sera complétée par les missions complémentaires suivantes : - Coordination SSI - Simulation Thermique Dynamique (STD) - OPC La part de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 6 700 000 euro(s) HT (valeur juin 2026)
