CPV: Services d'architecture De sociale woonmaatschappij WoonST wil in samenspraak met de stad Sint-Niklaas in de wijk Mierennest te Belsele een groene, duurzame ontwikkeling van minimum 55 woningen realiseren. De site biedt kansen voor slimme verdichting, natuurverweving en een sterke trage‑weginfrastructuur. De opdracht omvat de volledige studieopdracht voor het bouwen van de woonontwikkeling en het aanleggen van de wegenis en de private, collectieve en publieke buitenruimtes. De opdrachtgever voorziet hiervoor €13.000.000 excl. btw en erelonen.
