CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant die umfassende Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte. Der Schulcampus umfasst mehrere Gebäudetrakte aus den 1930er- und 1960er-Jahren. Im der Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme sollen unterschiedliche Umsetzungsvarianten untersucht werden, darunter die Sanierung und Umstrukturierung des Bestandes sowie Teilrückbau mit Neubau. Die Nutzfläche soll von derzeit ca. 6.000 m² auf etwa 4.000 m² reduziert werden. die Umsetzung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Schulbetrieb bis voraussichtlich 2031. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Leistungen für Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung zur Entwicklung und Bewertung energetischer Konzepte für Bestands- und Neubauanteile. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Erstellung von Wärme- und Energiebilanzen, energetischen Nachweisen sowie die Bewertung von Maßnahmen zur Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit. Die Ergebnisse dienen als Grundlage für die Variantenuntersuchung und die weitere Planung der Gesamtmaßnahme.
