CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Das Forschungszentrum Jülich plant die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Dienstleistungen für Gebäudeautomation/MSR und Heizung/Lüftung/Sanitär/Kälte-Planung in Bezug auf die Gebäude des Forschungszentrums Kurze Beschreibung der Aufgabenstellung Der Auftragnehmer (AN) soll den Auftraggeber (AG), insbesondere die Fachbereich Elektrotechnik (B-E) und Versorgungstechnik (B-V), bei der Ausübung seiner Aufgaben möglichst flexibel und schnell durch seine Dienstleistung bei der Planung unterstützen. Die Planung wird dabei nach Kostengruppen entsprechend DIN 276 bzw. HOAI §53 wie folgt gegliedert: KG 400 Bauwerk-Technische Anlagen • KG 410 Anlagengruppe 1- Zone II • KG 420 Anlagengruppe 2- Zone II • KG 430 Anlagengruppe 3- Zone III • KG 480 Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation (MSR-Technik) / Anlagengruppe 8 -Zone III Die Leistung kann vom Auftraggeber in Teilleistungen aus allen zu erbringenden Leistungsbereichen abgerufen werden.
