CPV: Services d'architecture De Politiezone Gent wil haar diensten en huisvesting voor 1.100 medewerkers centraliseren op de site van het Algemeen Politiecentrum Gent (APG). Er wordt een multifunctioneel team aangesteld voor de geïntegreerde opgave voor de nieuwbouw, de renovatie, de restauratie van beschermd erfgoed en de omgevingsaanleg op deze site. De politiezone Gent voorziet een vaste deel met een budget van €80.500.000 euro excl. btw en erelonen en twee voorwaardelijke delen met een gezamenlijk indicatief budget van €4.000.000 euro excl. btw en erelonen.
