Summary
Die Gemeinde Untersiggenthal plant aufgrund des anhaltenden Bevölkerungswachstums den Neubau eines Schulhauses zur Erweiterung der bestehenden Schulanlage. Der Erweiterungsbau ersetzt die ausser Betrieb gesetzte Mehrzweckhalle und schafft die notwendigen Kapazitäten für den aktuellen sowie den langfristig prognostizierten Schulraumbedarf. Das Projekt umfasst Lernlandschaften mit den dazugehörigen Nebenräumen, Arbeitsbereiche für Lehrpersonen, Räume für die Tagesstrukturen, Fachräume für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Haushalt (WAH), einen Doppelkindergarten mit Aussenbereich, ein Kulturlokal/Jugendraum sowie öffentliche Schutzplätze. Gleichzeitig ist der Aussenraum des Schulareals neu zu gestalten und funktional aufzuwerten. Der Neubau umfasst rund 2’900 m² Hauptnutzfläche beziehungsweise rund 4’600 m² Geschossfläche. Die Gesamtanlagekosten (BKP 1–9) einschliesslich Umgebungsgestaltung betragen rund CHF 21 Mio.
