CPV: Technische Planungsleistungen für maschinen- und elektrotechnische Gebäudeanlagen Im Zuge der Mängelbeseitigungen der erstellten Gefährdungsbeurteilungen (GBU) von mehr als 850 Aufzugsanlagen im Bestand der GESOBAU AG, wird die Planung, Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung für die Abarbeitung der weiteren Mängel beauftragt. Die Planungsleistungen beziehen sich auf die Aufzugsanlagen im Bestand der GESOBAU. Die Aufteilung erfolgt in Titel 1-3 und beinhaltet folgende geplante Maßnahmen: - Titel 1: Ersatzanlagen/Komplettaustausch – 15 Anlagen - Titel 2: Modernisierung (mit Wartungsausschreibung) – 31 Anlagen - Titel 3: Bearbeitung der Maßnahmen aus GBU für 16 Anlagen unterschiedlicher Hersteller
