Team composition and CVsThe people proposed for each role, with CVs in the format asked.
Comparable project referencesUsually three to five, with client, value, dates and your role; often on the buyer's form.
European Single Procurement Document: DEUCP (Documento Europeu Único de Contratação Pública)One per firm in the team, signed by its legal representative.
Company registration and proof of professional registrationCommercial register extract; architects' and engineers' registration certificates.
Professional indemnity insurance certificateFor each firm, with the cover the tender requires.
