CPV: Services d'architecture Het lokaal bestuur van Lennik zoekt een ontwerpteam voor de herontwikkeling van het historische Vetkot tot een eigentijdse vrijetijdssite. Op deze locatie worden de bibliotheek, de academie en polyvalente ruimtes samengebracht als een ‘derde plek’ waar ontmoeting en creativiteit centraal staan. Ook de buitenruimte maakt integraal deel uit van deze culturele hotspot. Voor dit project is een globaal investeringsbudget van € 4.250.000 excl. btw en erelonen voorzien.
